What's Included

Your hunt includes comfortable lodging and all meals — breakfast, sack lunch, dinner, and dessert each day. The lodge offers Dish Network TV and Wi-Fi for your convenience. Laundry arrangements can be made as needed. We also provide professional care of your harvested game head to ensure your trophy is properly handled.

What To Expect

Your hunting week is structured to maximize time in the field while ensuring you’re fully prepared. Hunters typically arrive Friday afternoon to settle in, check equipment, and review the plan over dinner.

Hunts run Saturday through Thursday, providing six full days in the field (five days for designated bear hunts). Each day starts with an early breakfast followed by full days of focused hunting, with strategy adjusted as needed based on conditions and game movement. Evenings are spent back at the lodge with a home-cooked meal and planning for the next day.

Departure and airport transportation are arranged for Friday, and all harvested game will be professionally cared for to ensure proper handling of your trophy.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your hunt dates. Deposits are non-refundable; however, they are transferable to another hunt year or another hunter if plans change. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and special situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Because we limit the number of hunters each season to maintain quality and personalized attention, confirmed bookings are held exclusively for the reserved party. Early reservations are strongly encouraged, particularly for archery elk and special draw hunts, which fill quickly.
